Education:  

• Industrial or Electronics Engineering degree.
• 90% English
• Certifications desired:Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Experience: 5 years of related experience.  

• Lean Manufacturing Tools deployment based on the opportunities that are in the process mapping (VSM, SIPOC) and income statements (P&L).
• Statistical analysis.
• Recognition Program awards and participation in Lean initiatives.

Knowledge :

• Industrial basic concepts (Std time, Layout design, takt time, capacity analysis)
• Lean manufacturing tools (5Ss, 6Ms, 5Ws, SIPOC, VSM, Nakao's flows, 7 wastes, AMEF, Ishikawa, SMED, TPM, Kanban, Heijunka, Jidoka, OEE, PDCA, Kaizen, DMAIC, etc)
• Statistics tools (inferential statistics, Descriptive statistics, DOE, etc)
• Minitab
• G Suite / Microsoft office (Mainly Google sheets / Excel)

Others desirred:

• Electronic Manufacturing Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Through Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).
• Flexim

Responsibilities: 

• KPIs tracking (Mainly Scrap KPI)
• Data hard analysis
• Processes mapping for improvement opportunities detection through all value chain (Internal supply chain, production process and office (SIPOC, VSM, others)
• Daily Kaizen
• Improvement projects alignement
• Lean Manufacturing culture deployment
• Lean Manufacturing tools and methodology training to engineering levels
• Standardization to give it a radical change at plant image
• Improve visual factory in assemble stations.
