Finance Director to lead the finance function across all operations in Mexico. Based in Guanajuato, this role oversees a complex industrial footprint and requires deep involvement with both the plant operations and corporate financial strategy.

Description
Lead all finance-related activities in Mexico, including FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Costing, Consolidation, and Plant Controlling.
Act as a true business partner to the Plant Director and executive leadership; ensuring Finance is central to all strategic decisions.
Drive all budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis efforts across the country.
Coordinate and deliver timely and accurate financial closings, often within accelerated timeframes.
Interface with global and regional finance stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency on financial performance.
Supervise and support Plant Controllers to optimize operational KPIs and cost-efficiency.
Maintain robust internal controls, financial compliance, and audit readiness.
Lead and develop a team of +20 professionals, including direct reports including Cost, Consolidation, Tax & Accounting.
