As Plant Controller you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Finance Director

Responsibilities:

· Provide business guidance and support with cost and profitability reporting to all functional managers.

· Review and assess inventory risks.

· Maintenance of fiscal records, preparation of its financial reports.

· Management for general accounting, MX/US accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting, billing, payroll, AR, AP forecasting, financial closing activities and budgetary controls.

· Lead in monthly accounting close process including account reconciliations and value-added variance analysis.

· Ensure SOX compliance.

· Ensure delivery of financials (P&L, BS, FCF) Planned & actual on time and manner.

· Financial Forecast.

· Prepare month financial statements, forecasts and team review report.

· Oversees internal and external audits (Mexican financial books audit, social security and housing calculations audit, import/export audits).

· Monitor inventories and control of scrap and its sales.

· Submit quarterly tax information.

Profile requirements:

· Education: bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or any related field

· 2+ years of experience as Plant Controller or similar positions in a manufacturing environment.

· Knowledge in Statutory audit, US GAAP, MEX GAAP

· Knowledge in systems: SAP, HFM, MS Office- Excel

· Outstanding communication and leadership

· Bilingual (Spanish- English)
