Job Description
Prioritize maintenance activities according to production requirements, ensuring the least equipment downtime.
Personnel Management
Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance is appropriately scheduled and performed.
Ensure you provide spare parts for critical equipment.
Contact with different suppliers related to the machine operation.
Guarantee the optimal functioning of the Operations Maintenance area.

TPM Implementation
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical career or related.
Requires at least 3 years related position.
Requires at least 2 years in HVAC industry.
Knowledge of Progressive Presses.
Knowledge in Servo drives & Servomotors.
Knowledge of PLC Software programming (AB, Siemens)
Detail Oriented and ability to problem solve effectively.
Leadership skills required to coordinate and work with all company areas.
Interpretation of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic diagrams.
