Role Description
The Global Digital Demand Marketing Specialist activates world-class digital marketing campaigns that grow engagement and sales pipeline across multiple geographies and languages. You are experienced in digital and demand strategies. You will collaborate through a process, project management system, and predetermined plans to build paid media tactics, implement the global SEO program and demand generation chatbot, run email campaigns, promote and register events, and use channel marketing tools to amplify campaigns through partners. The Specialist will manage external agencies to ensure seamless execution and understanding of our goals. You will test campaigns, ensuring all tracking elements are in place for performance analysis. You will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and launch them on the market. You will report to the Global Digital Demand Center Manager.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and external agencies in the strategy and implementation of our global SEO program.
Bring the strategy and implementation of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display Advertising in collaboration with our teams and external partners.
Design and implement website demand generation chatbots, coordinating efforts between external vendors and our teams.
Create, test, and improve email marketing campaigns using our Marketing Automation platform (Eloqua) following the brief and requirements provided.
Create event promotion, data capture app, registration forms and pages.
Create UTM codes.
Create and replicate campaigns in our channel partner tool to allow partners to amplify.
Work with partners to have campaign assets reviewed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience with a 4-year degree.
At least 5 years of digital marketing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in SEO.
Experience in marketing B2B
Advanced level of English
Experience in digital marketing
Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display Advertising.
Experience with demand-generation chatbots (preferably Drift).
Desirable:
Experience activating global campaigns.
Experience working in Industrial Automation.
Experience working with remote teams in a matrixed, global organization.
Experience working with multicultural companies
Web analytics proficiency (Adobe Analytics).
Awareness of UX, HTML & CSS.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua).
