Descripción
We're hiring a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Coordinator to join the digital team of a global consumer goods company. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence across multiple digital platforms, supporting both customer retention initiatives (such as loyalty programs) and content operations across the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day support (RUN operations) for digital platforms including Website Factory, OPERA, Adobe Workfront, DDX, and Loyalty.
- Manage and prioritize incidents and change/enhancement requests using ServiceNow, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with external vendors (both onshore and offshore) for system support, integrations, and escalations.
- Collaborate with technical architects and project teams to identify risks and support solution delivery.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with IT and business stakeholders during incidents or system changes.
- Participate in integration projects, manage third-party interactions, and support cross-functional digital initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and help shape the strategy for continuous improvement and technology adoption.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years managing operations and support for digital platforms or websites.
- Proven experience in vendor management and coordination of technical teams.
- Solid knowledge of CMS, PIM, DAM platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Salsify, OpenText).
- Understanding of system integrations (Webservices, Batch, sFTP), basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and QA best practices.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Bitbucket/GitHub, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, campaign management, or analytics is a strong advantage.
- Experience in team coordination or project delivery is a plus.
