Role purpose

Lead the customer technical support team focusen on the Efficient and effective applications, solutions and services in Flexible packaging Business Unit.

Main responsibilities

1.      Implementation of standard technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements.

2.      Cooperation with Technology Development , QC laboratory and PSR in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs.

3.      Continuous market and competitor observation from the technology point of view to ensure the development of competitive applications, services and solutions to respond to market and customer needs.

4.      Project management to provide defined technology solutions, applications and services according to agreed timelines, budgets and standards – monitored by senior colleague.

5.      Resolution of technology related customer claims with OFC teams to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction

6.      Compliance with HSE rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards within the area of responsibility.

7.      IAM technology application on a regional basis to ensure international accounts have state-of-the-art technology solutions and services.

8.      Accurate and comprehensive documentation and reporting on technology portfolio developments and progress in line with defined standards

9.      Deal with external technical partners, market partners and service providers within the area of responsibility as well as cooperate with technology counterparts within the Group.

10.   Lead and motivate staff to improve performance and continuously develop professional expertise

To be successful in this role you will need:

•  University degree Chemical Engineering or related
• 7 years of comprehensive experience in Product technology applications; /coatings, polymers, adhesives, Inks) Must Have!
• Proven Experience as solution consultor, leading projects, new products development (R&D, application service, technical service specialist)
• Office tools/SAP Key user
• Strong Communications skills
• Fluent English- Must have - Global Communication
• Analytic thinking
• Self-driven
• Results oriented
