Program Manager Jr.

The Junior Program Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects to the organization's operations and customer satisfaction. Working under the guidance of Senior Program Management, his responsibilities span across different phases of project lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and process engineering within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of production processes, assembly lines, and automation systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and improve production workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless projects development in combination with new technologies (product and processes).
• Support the development, implementation, and optimization of production processes to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Prepare and present project reports, process documentation, and improvement proposals to senior management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to source materials, equipment, and services needed for project success.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives within the different teams in the plant.
