Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, facility management, or a similar field is preferred, reflecting a strong educational foundation suitable for this role.
Proficient in English/Spanish to support clear and effective communication across our diverse teams and collaborators.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Technical knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric schematics.
Familiarity with TPM, LO/TO (Log-Out/Tag-Out) procedures.
Knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes, CNC maintenance, A/C-chiller systems, vacuum systems, and servomotors.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, allowing you to guide your team to achieve ambitious goals.
