What do you get to do in this position?
1. Identify the critical quality characteristics in the processes. Through the analysis of statistical control, customer complaints, or internal non-conformities.
2. Identify critical operations that put the quality of products at risk. Through the review board of "FMEA", PCP, 8D "analyzing the real or potential problems of each process.
3. Participate in meetings to determine disposition and root cause of internal material / process non-conformities.
4. Identify and document opportunities for improvement in productive areas; through the audit results of finished product, process and product in the production areas.
5. Report the quality performance of the productive areas (MDR, FFR, NQC).
6. Carry out quality activities in projects and / or transfers of new products to the plant.
7. Prepare and update Quality documents for new and existing products and processes, according to design or process requirements, file and control these documents according to procedure
8. Track customer complaint indicators (FFR); Based on the analysis of the failure indicator in the field and applying the Six Sigma methodology.
9. Monitor and authorize the scrap of the lines in charge.
10. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 50001,14001, ISO 45001 and CTPAT / OEA standards as well as SPS (Schneider Performance System) requirements

This job might be for you if:
We are looking for a talented young mechanical, electrical, electronic industrial engineer, we are focused on potential, with a couple of years of experience in a manufacturing plant preferably, quality knowledge, with an advanced level of English, capable of fluent conversation with native speakers, proactive, customer focused and resilient.
Industrial, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer or related (Fresh graduated, no more than 2 yrs of after completing your studies)
English level advanced is a must
International experiences, academic exchanges, interdisciplinary experiences are a plu
Belt Certification is a plus. (Lean Manufacturing knowledge)
Core Tools knowledge.
Strong skills communication, work under pressure, leadership.
Problem solving techniques.
fExcellent attitude,
Experience working in projects.
