We need these experience/skills:

• 5 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (Economics, Accounting)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English, you will be interviewed completely speaking in English
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders
• Understands and works efficiently with MS Excel, Outlook and other office software
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems
• Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills
• Supportive attitude
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders

Your activities:

• Main support areas for these roles: On going Payments and Authorizations, Cash Application, Expenses Audits (i.e. Travel, Supply Chain)
• Maintain documented processes on multiple locations and systems simultaneously
• Work together with Cash-Application, Payment and On-Site team members to ensure daily reconciliation of current accounts
• Support month end closing processes under US GAAP
• US GAAP Accounting
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Create and maintain process documentation (DTP)
• Assist in internal and external audit
• Assist in reporting towards business partners
• Ad-hoc analysis
• Process improvement & harmonization
• Understand systems and tools used by the team
• Report recurring issues
• Participate in projects to drive efficiency
• Assist colleagues involved in internal and external transitions / job shadowing

Preferred experience/skills:

• US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Oracle systems
