ROL PURPOSE
Execute the talent attraction and selection process, onboarding, hiring, training, and internal communication through the guidelines established in the human resources area procedures, in order to ensure the correct execution of activities, the retention of talent and knowledge in the organization, as well as compliance with legal, corporate, and quality system requirements in the area of ??human resources.
ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Publish authorized vacancies in various media outlets according to the profile established in the job description.
- Execute the recruitment process, support the selection process, and administer psychometric tests to candidates participating in the process to fill vacancies.
- Ensure compliance with the onboarding process
- Schedule and monitor evaluations for employees in their initial training period.
- Manage the operation of the Oracle system for employee registrations and monitoring compliance with assigned training.
- Maintain control of all employee files, as well as those of new employees (contracts, general/personal documentation for hiring, training documentation, etc.).
- Responsible to maintain accurate records in the Company HRIS.
- Support the design of the annual training program, monitor training, and coordinate logistics for scheduling new training sessions.
- Comply with the legal requirements for training in the SIRCE system
- Support in improving the company's internal communication, as well as in institutional events.
- Support in the implementation of new projects.
- Support the design of company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Support the implementation of NOM 035.
- Comply with the quality management system, internal policies and procedures that apply generally and to the department.
JOB PROFILE
Degree: Degree in administration, human resources or similar
Experiencie: 2- 4 years in the HR area
Technical Knowlege:
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, use of recruitment platforms
- Intermediate knowledge of interview techniques and psychometric test analysis
- Knowledge of legal training requirements
- Experience in coordinating, quoting, and scheduling training courses
- Knowledge of training indicators
- Knowledge of NOM 035,
- Intermediate knowledge of internal communication strategies
- Basic knowledge of Personnel Administration, basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law
