?SUMMARY
Develops corporate recruiting plans to meet business headcount demands. Delivers first-class customer service internally to hiring managers, key stakeholders and candidates.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Defines recruiting strategies for available openings while collaborating with hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
Coordinates and monitors prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Presents shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
Proposes and coordinates process improvements in the overall recruiting life cycle.
Offers guidance and facilitates the negotiation process through to its completion. Maintains data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Builds networks in critical functions or industries, tap industry sources and develops deep market knowledge.
EDUCATION:
High School Degree, GED or other equivalent education.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate setting and/or BPO environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Advanced English level and exceptional negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
Reliable internet connection to be able to work from home.
