Job Title: Senior Manager - Employee Benefits and Compensation

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Job Description:

The Senior Manager - Employee Benefits and Compensation will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and equity within the organization. This role requires a combination of strategic and operational skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have advanced English proficiency and experience in managing compensation-related matters across multiple manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage and oversee compensation programs, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
• Provide support and advice on compensation and benefits issues to leaders and employees.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation.
• Coordinate and monitor compensation matters in 8 manufacturing plants located in Mexico.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of compensation and benefits policies.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
• Manage special projects related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
• Strategic and operational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
