Job Purpose:
To optimize entertainment live streaming content on TikTok with the goal of building community, increasing brand awareness, and driving supporters engagement — all in line with the company's marketing and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a TikTok community, supporters and followers strategy.
Scouting, Interacting and Engaing with the TikTok community, including such as proactive comments, likes, DMs
Monitor and conduct users analysis performance regarding metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, gifting transfer etc.). Perform benchmarking with competitors or similar accounts.
Support content optimization for better community engagement, Stay up to date with current TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and livestreaming changes; Support with branding, campaign design and participation
Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field. (Preferred)
Experience:
At least 1 year managing TikTok accounts (brand or personal) with proven results.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of TikTok platform and features (editing, effects, analytics, etc. live-streaming feature would be a plus).
Knowledge of key performance metrics (live-streaming feature is a plus including views , ACU, gifting rate, etc.)
?no need for this,but can be a plus? Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
Creative copywriting tailored to TikTok's tone.
Knowledge of other social platforms is a plus.
