CEO

• Ensure the achievement of predefined, challenging business targets and secure sustainable results across all company operations, in line with the company's strategic direction and performance expectations.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and International automotive market standards.
• Proven experience in effectively collaborating with labor unions in Mexico, ensuring constructive labor relations and compliance with local labor regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in the automotive industry.

- Substantial leadership experience in Mexico, including direct collaboration with local OEMs, with a thorough understanding of the international and local automotive market and its stakeholders

- Proven track record managing multi-department organizations, ideally within European companies or with significant exposure to European corporate culture.
