YOUR DAY TO DAY

•Proactively source, identify potential players who will thrive in roles across the different line of business.

•Communicate extensively with candidates over a variety of channels, explaining open positions to them and continuously assessing whether they can add value.

•Coordinate between leaders to plan interview funnels that are in line with company hiring standards. Provide daily interviews agendas with extensive information about each candidate.

•Support candidates through the team interview process as their main point of contact and stay in touch with interviewers to collect feedback and ensure the interview funnel is executed well.

•Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for each new hire. Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy sessions, bringing new and innovative ideas to the team. Communicate constantly with teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

•3+ month in administrative experience or in a similar position. Customer service attitude.

•Solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas. Team Player.

•Strong Level of English oral and written (B2-C1 in CEFR). Significant knowledge working with Microsoft Office.

•Capable to work fully On-Site. Schedule flexibility is required, including occasional support during weekends.
