3. Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Degree and professional license required
• Preferred: Master's degree

4. Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or automotive operations
• At least 3 years leading production teams of 60 to 100 people
• Specific experience in:
• Steel transformation processes
• Stamping
• Metal-mechanic and automotive sectors

5. Job Objective:

Ensure the efficient execution of the production schedule, meeting standards in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Lead the operations team and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.

6. Key Requirements:

• Degree and professional license
• Advanced English (non-negotiable)
• Experience with production processes such as laser cutting, plasma, slitting, and blanking
• Proven leadership of large teams (~60 people)
• Valid passport and U.S. visa
• Own vehicle and availability to commute

7. Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities
• Ensure compliance with KPIs: safety, quality, productivity, absenteeism
• Manage human and material resources
• Lead, develop, and motivate the production team
• Coordinate corrective actions with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments
• Promote and enforce operational discipline
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, 8D, Kaizen)
• Ensure adherence to procedures and training compliance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Generate production reports and track performance goals
