SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

?TAKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and supervise the product shipping process.

• Ensure compliance with delivery times and correct distribution of merchandise.

• Manage the logistics of transporting materials.

• Follow up on orders and resolve any incidents that may arise in the distribution process.

• Plan and supervise cement loading and dispatch activities.

• Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse and Logistics areas to ensure the availability of products and means of transport.

• Ensure that shipments comply with safety and quality regulations.

• Supervise the staff in charge and promote a safe and efficient work environment.

• Monitor the performance of carriers and manage contracts with transport providers.

• Prepare reports on shipment volumes, dispatch times and operational efficiency.

• Propose continuous improvements in the shipping and distribution processes.

· Shift start and resource management to operate on time.

· Personnel management and assignment/supervision of Activities.

· Ensure that the merchandise output process is 100% correct and documented.

· Maintain quality in each of the shipping processes (Scale, Verification, Assembly, Wrapping, Load Order, Documentation).

· Responsible for maintaining production indicators on target, achieving the proposed objectives in conjunction with the operations manager.

· Reports/solution of incidents/operational findings.

· Generation of continuous improvement initiatives for the operation.

· Maintain and promote the discipline of order and cleanliness of the area.

· Responsible for the correct use of equipment and tools within the area, ensuring that they are in optimal physical and commercial condition. (Skates, forklifts, curtains, loading ramps, pallet trucks, computer equipment.)

· Report extraordinary infrastructure conditions (problems with lighting, floors and walls)

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

· Completed HIGH SCHOOL

· Experience 2-3 years in Manufacturing Shipping area

· Knowledge of Logistics and warehouse management
