Technical Consultant - Cloud

For a leading provider of cloud solutions, we are seeking a Technical Consultant specializing in cloud and observability solutions. This role involves working directly with clients and partners to adopt and implement ManageEngine's cloud solutions. The position is based in Mexico City and offers a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements, conduct technical demonstrations, and align solutions with client needs. This role requires staying updated on cloud computing trends, DevSecOps, and observability to enhance offered solutions.

What you will Do?

• Advise clients and partners on adopting and implementing ManageEngine's cloud solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and conduct technical demonstrations
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, and Oracle
• Train clients and partners on best practices in security and identity management
• Stay updated on cloud computing trends to improve solutions offered

Your Skills

• Degree in systems engineering, software, telecommunications, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles with Cisco certifications like CCNA, CCNP
• Experience in network and data center management, including Windows and Linux servers
• Knowledge of cloud administration with Azure, AWS, GCP, and Oracle
• Proficiency in DevOps and OpenTelemetry with scripting skills in PowerShell or Python
