For the IAS (Industrial Assembly Solutions) Customer Center in Mexico, we are looking for a Service Commercial Coordinator (m/f/d). The Service Commercial Coordinator is responsible for visiting clients and prospects in his/her assigned zone, promoting service products and providing tailored service solutions together with our sales engineers, thus reaching the sales targets as defined by the company.

For the IAS (Industrial Assembly Solutions) Customer Center in Mexico, we are looking for a Service Commercial Coordinator (m/f/d). The Service Commercial Coordinator is responsible for visiting clients and prospects in his/her assigned zone, promoting service products and providing tailored service solutions together with our sales engineers, thus reaching the sales targets as defined by the company.
Responsibilties
- Responsable for the service sales targets, improving the service quality and increasing the reach of technical service as well as the client base.
- Proactive communication with the clients to understand current service or maintenance needs.
- Propose and define adecuate service solutions, elaborate service sales strategy and actions together with the capital equipment sales team.
- Establish beneficial relationships with clients on adecuate levels, understand client processes and business drivers.
- Reach agreements with clients through negotiation that represent a win-win situation for the client and the company.
- Participate actively in the elaboration or change of processes and procedure and the reaching of targets.
Experience
- Profound technical knowledge in industrial assembly technologies and products
- Experience in industrial manufacturing and production processes
Education
- Unversity degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
