Pre-payroll calculation for all Harman Mexico employees, in order to achieve the correct payment of the Juarez, Queretaro and Tijuana personnel.
What You Will Do
Supervise all pre-payroll activities for Harman Mexico which include:
Direct customer (employee) service for all shifts.
All contact between the various departments within the plants in Harman Mexico and the SS department.
Preparation of the pre-payroll information (regular hours, overtime, vacation days, absences, exceptions, etc.). Review, corrections and calculation before running payroll.
Food coupon assignment and distribution to all employees.
Employee fingerprinting for checking in and out.
Shift and line number maintenance in TRESS system.
Letter issuing for different legal purposes upon employee request.
Savings fund and savings box loan and withdrawal capturing.
Workflow and +Orden training for supervisors and employees.
All ATM's (proper function, location, maintenance, etc.) in all plants.
All employee access modules (proper function, location, maintenance, etc.).
Scorecard weekly update.
Direct support and backup to Supervisor HRSSC in various pre-payroll activities as needed.
Lead and prepare root cause analysis of each exceptional in all locations.
Implementation and follow up on each action taken to avoid further exceptions.
Analysis and readjustment of proper resource distribution and workload in each of the plants.
Redistribution if and when it is necessary of the available resources.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Administration or similar.
+5 years of related experience in payroll and automotive environment.
Ability to work under stressful conditions.
Knowledge of TRESS System, WORKDAY, Mexican Labor Law.
English 80% (reading and writing).
Communication Skills (Oral and Written).
Analytical.
Problem solving skills (decision making).
Computer knowledge.
