Account Manager

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to strengthen relationships with key clients in the mining and chemical sectors. You'll work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Operations to drive growth and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Expand and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase value and satisfaction.
· Develop and manage a strong sales funnel with accurate forecasting.
· Learn and communicate the technical advantages of our products to end users.
· Track key performance metrics to meet revenue targets.
· Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences.
· Keep detailed records and plans updated in Salesforce.
· Collect feedback to support product development and strategic initiatives.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing (preferred).
· 3+ years of experience in sales (required).
· Industrial or filtration sales background (a plus).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce is a plus.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
· Willingness to travel up to 50%.
