Learning Specialist (Trainer)

Location: Alorica Tecnoparque | Full-Time

A BRIEF OVERVIEW

Supports the training department by onboarding new employees and providing ongoing education. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, forecasting performance, and achieving specific key performance indicators tailored to each account using specialized curriculums and materials.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Conducts new hire training in an on-site or virtual environment.
• Delivers continuous education or additional training sessions.
• Meets monthly phone time requirements as set by the regional training lead.
• Assists the training department and supports other necessary functions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!

• One year of experience in training/teaching mandatory.
• Ability to effectively organize work and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 English level or above)
• On-site position – Tecnoparque location
