Location: Mexico City
Hybrid (twice a week in the office)

The Oracle Application Systems Analyst will act as a Systems Support consultant for the Oracle ERP Fusion (Cloud) based Solution which is currently being rolled out globally.

This role will manage routine system activities in Oracle for all countries on Oracle and will support period end activities.

Skills & Qualifications - You will have:

• 2+ years of experience with Oracle ERP
• Graduated from College or about to.
• Experience with implementations and rolling out a solution template
• Experience dealing with localizations and Patching/Quarterly upgrade releases
• English proficiency.

A plus:

• Post go live support experience including Defect and Support resolution management
• Experience with Environment and config release deployment, requirements gathering, Testing, Integrations, Data migration, Reporting, Documentation, Business engagement, Solution design and Processes and SOPs
• Knowledge and experience of business systems implementation, support and development

Responsibilities - You will do:

• Perform the period end Open / Close activities for all ledgers and subledgers in Oracle (APAC, EMEA, AMER)
• Resolution of accounting exceptions
• Perform configuration of reference data (eg) GL accounts, Code combinations, Dimensions and hierarchies, Payment terms, departments, etc)
• Manage year end system configuration (calendars, sequence numbers)
• Support Global Process Owners with the production of report specifications
• Prepare User Acceptance Test scenarios and assist the business in execution of test scripts
