Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance in a managerial role.
•Solid knowledge of automated machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and PLCs.
•Proficient in continuous improvement tools (TPM, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
•Advanced English.
•Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and pressure-handling skills.
Main Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage the maintenance department (mechanical, electrical, predictive, and preventive).
•Develop strategic maintenance plans aligned with production and operational efficiency goals.
•Ensure availability and reliability of critical plant equipment.
•Coordinate continuous improvement activities focused on reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
•Oversee the implementation of TPM, RCM, or other related methodologies.
•Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
•Manage the department budget and lead investment projects in machinery or infrastructure.
•Train and develop technicians and supervisors within the department.
