Objetive of job

•    Build, maintain and repair very complex injection molds;
•    -Technically lead/coordinate associates.

Principle activities 
1.    Implement industrial safety requirements
2.    Plan and optimize production processes
3.    Check quality/schedule/expense in assigned area of responsibility; introduce appropriate actions as required; consult with supervisor as required
Injection molds:
4.    • Coordinate the manufacture of difficult to manufacture components/injection molds with high precision according to stated work documents/drawings including necessary setup activities
5.    • Coordinate assembly of equipment (e.g. injection molds, fixtures, lines, etc.) according to drawings, principle drawings, functional descriptions; check for feasibility, adjust and/or rework as required the components of the equipment (injection mold)

Job requirements
-    Specialist Knowledge / education: Technical High School
-    Area: Tool Room – Tool Shop / Specialist     
-    Language: English 2 Intermediate level
•    Work experience: Tool Technician (Maintenance), Tool Maker, Assembly , Fine Adjuster, Welding : TIG, Laser, MIG, Electric, 2D and 3D drawings interpretation Assembly Molds / Tooling / Dies, CNC technics manufacturing.
•    Technical Knowledge: Norm IATF 16949, ISO14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018, Product integrity, Specific customer requirements, Statistical tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Hydraulics Technical Drawing (medium complexity), Mechanical Technical Drawing, Electrics Technical Drawing (low complexity), Use mechanical measurement equipment, Tool maker (preferably injection tool molds), Experience in injection tool adjustments, Alternatively: experience in mechanical assembly, working in a metal shop.
