About this role

As a Process Analyst, you will be a bridge between operational and strategic areas, ensuring workflows are standardized, documented, and updated. Yo will lead operational transformation in a global organization, with direct impact on efficiency, quality, and user experience. Visibility with leadership and autonomy to propose improvements.

What you'll do

• Standardize workflows across operational, technical, and administrative domains.
• Document and update processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Ensure alignment with global processes and organizational standards.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams and departments.
• Adapt processes to organizational changes and evolving needs.
• Use tools like ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to manage and improve processes.
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate and improve current workflows.
• Collaborate in decision-making with cross-functional teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead operational transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
• Engage with leadership to propose and implement process improvements.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in standardizing operational, technical, and administrative processes.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for process management
• Knowledge of ITSM methodologies.
• Proficiency utilizing ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to support process optimization and service management.
