POSITION OBJECTIVES

The Maintenance Manager will lead all maintenance operations across machines and facilities. This role will be key in ensuring optimal uptime, preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting the transfer and commissioning of production lines. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in managing semi-automated and automated mechanical equipment, ideally within the food processing industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and oversee maintenance activities for both production machinery and facility infrastructure.

· Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are effectively planned, executed, and documented.

· Supervise and support the upkeep of 8 production lines and approximately 16 machines, including cutters, mixers, scales, and packaging systems.

· Collaborate with operations leadership during equipment upgrades, production line transfers, and installations.

· Implement continuous improvement practices to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.

· Maintain strong organizational systems for spare parts, work orders, and maintenance logs.

· Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, particularly in food production environments.

Requierements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or similar).

· Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management roles.

· Proven experience with semi-automated and automated machines and mechanical equipment.

· Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

· Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

· Desirable: Experience in food production or food processing plants.
