We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our team! In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees, supporting key HR processes, and managing data.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to employees and managers, handling inquiries about HR policies, onboarding, offboarding, and general processes.
Maintain and process HR data in Workday, including organizational, personal, compensation, and leave information.
Coordinate onboarding processes, prepare offer packets, manage Day 1 activities, and conduct new hire check-ins.
Manage employee offboarding, ensuring documentation is prepared and processed accurately.
Support compliance activities, and audits, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Run standard and customized reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with payroll, third-party vendors, and other HR functions.
Contribute to HR projects, including testing system updates and implementing new solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR or IT, ideally in a corporate and multicultural environment.
Knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information, adapt to change
A proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate across regions.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a strong plus.
