Purpose
Generate reports and indicators related to finished vehicle logistics, such as inventory levels, Delivery lead time, logistics cost and ensuring effective communication with our logistics suppliers and dealer network.
Responsible for managing and optimizing logistics processes to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient distribution of vehicles.
Position Tasks and Responsabilities
- Develop reports measuring service indicators (KPIs) for logistics suppliers, contributing to continuous process improvement.
- Prepare reports on the inventory situation of vehicles to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Ensure close collaboration between the VDC, Logistics suppliers, customs to align daily operations, share updates, and monitor tracking and processing status.
- Support in the control of port logistics, arrival of units, registration of customs declarations, release and assignment of units to carriers. monitoring and implementation of KPIs to the suppliers involved in the port process
- Prepare and submit payment orders to suppliers for logistics, additionally, coordinate with suppliers to confirm invoice acceptance and monitor payment status.
- Coordinate transportation schedules and collaborate with carriers and vendors.
- Provide support to internal clients, including sales, distribution, and finance teams, offering timely updates on vehicle status.
- Act as the primary contact with the insurance provider, managing claims, policy renewals, and addressing operational matters.
- Accessories inventory and follow up at port, support to internal team and logistics vendor at port to control stock.
Knowledge of:
- Project Management
- SAP
- Inventory, order management and vehicle distribution
- Strong understanding of logistics network.
- Knowledge in customs procedures, import and export

- High level of interpersonal skills to work and interact effectively with others.
- Oral and written communications skills.
- High target oriented
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Good communications skills in English (listening, writing, speaking, and reading).
- High level of reporting skills
Experience / Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade or Supply Chain, Administration.
- Experience in the Automotive industry, procurement, importation, logistics areas is required
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, vehicle Logistics, Customs
- Excel advanced level, Power point, Word, Power BI
