About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operation Director of Managed Services AMS to lead and manage the delivery of our AMS services. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high service quality, and aligning service delivery with our business objectives. You will oversee remote delivery projects, drive integration solutions, and ensure that we meet client expectations through effective operational management.

What You Will Do:

Support Remote Delivery Projects: Evaluate the accessibility of remote delivery projects in the product domain, managing technical risks during implementation.

Design and Commission Networking Solutions: Design and implement OSS/IES/OWS networking, install and commission hardware/software, and ensure seamless service rollout.

Integration and Technical Issue Management: Integrate network devices, network management systems, and third-party systems, while tackling and resolving major technical issues during remote project delivery.

Transition and Handover Management: Manage early involvement, transition solutions, smooth network handover, and business improvements during transformation to meet operational goals.

Resource Delivery Planning: Develop resource delivery plans, ensuring network quality and KPIs are met in accordance with the contract to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operation and Integration Management: Lead operation management and intra-project integration delivery, ensuring alignment with the overall project.

Design and Implement Operation Solutions: Based on industry trends, design operation solutions and implement them into projects.

Customer Engagement and Strategy Alignment: Engage with customer CXOs for presentations, understand customer requirements, and adapt O&M solutions to align with customer strategies.

What You Need to Succeed:

Industry Knowledge: Basic command of mainstream OSS products and solutions in the industry.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of network technologies, including transmission networks (SDN-T), IP networks (SDN), core networks (NFV), fixed access networks, and mobile access networks (RAN).

Telecom Experience: Extensive experience in the development, delivery, or maintenance of telecom solutions.

Hands-On Experience: At least one year of experience working with U2000/OSS/BSS/NFV-O/SDN-O/ICT-A/ICT-O development, customization, engineering delivery, and maintenance.

Telecom Services Understanding: Familiarity with telecom services and technical trends in the field, with a focus on the future development direction.

Customer Engagement: Experience in customer engagement, including CXO presentations and summit participation.
