?Responsibilities:

• Act as Advanced Manufacturing Engineering representative in international development projects.
• Develop and evaluate technical processes with an emphasis on plastics processing.
• Ensure robust and sustainable technical processes in development projects.
• Qualify, validate, and implement defined processes into series production.
• Support new developments through to series production launch at international sites.
• Specify, procure, and accept systems, machines, and devices.
• Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and presentations.
• Plan and independently conduct production tests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Production, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and methods, particularly molding technology.
• Practical experience in the plastics industry or plastics processing is a plus.
• English: Advanced / Professional level (mandatory, will be evaluated).
• High organizational, methodological, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
