Job Description:
1. Provide 24/7 support to all the window servers and active directory infrastructure
2. Resolving Incidents tickets raised by users and fixing them as per SLA.
3. Root cause analysis and document the resolution using problem management.
4. Identify the automation opportunities with in the tower and automate them.
5. Plan, create and execute change request by following the correct process.
6. Participate in Major Incident calls and fix the issue and update relevant stakeholders
7. Troubleshoot performance related issue and fix them.
8. Analyze the ticket trends to identify the repeated issues from servers and fix it.
9. Mentor the juniors and other members seeking technical/process help.
10. Create, review SOP documents using the standard template and publish.
Required Skillset:
1. Should have minimum 8+ years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory
2. Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, ADFS, DNS, PKI certificate management
3. Good knowledge and experience in AD recovery procedures
4. Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS and performance related issues
5. Hands on experience in PowerShell scripting
6. Good knowledge in Server Patching and troubleshooting patch failures
7. Good communication and presentation skills
