The intern will benefit from supporting the daily execution of activities by the Project Managers. This will increase intern's understanding and knowledge of project management methodology that will be a good base if intern decides to pursue a PM career.

As part of our team, you will:
- Support Project Management activities.
- The intern will be involved in an endeavor to standardize and automate tasks that Project Managers perform in each of the project management processes as well as identifying Project Manager automation and standardization needs as candidate task to be automated.
- It will also be part of a project to build smart "knowledge database" and tutorials using industry tools and processes meant to increase the speed and efficiency of Project Managers in carrying out their activities.
Such Smart DB and PM tutorials will use a tool like (but not limited to) Intelligent Virtual Agent, Bots, AI agents.
Your skills and experience
You have:
According with the main activities described above, the intern must have knowledge of:
- Data analysis, database construction and criteria for automating repetitive tasks, predicting data trends and manage of tutorial/smart databases.
- Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Power Query, and Power Apps since all automations and standardization will be presented in a coherent, simple, robust, and visual way.
- Microsoft Office 365 especially in Excel (Dynamic Tables, Complex Formulas and Data Base Management - in Advanced level).
- knowledge in Data Analysis with advanced Excel (formulas, macros, etc.)
- Knowledge in Dashboards in Excel (maintenance/creation, automation) with handling of pivots and charts
- Process knowledge (analyze, measure, improve)
- Ability to perform automations (Powershell, vba, Access, etc)
- Advanced English to carry out written and oral communication and the ability to have a business conversation and review task status with foreign stakeholders.
- Expected that Candidate is coursing the last 6 months to one year of her/his bachelor's degree or be a recent graduate in Computer Engineer or Telecommunications Engineer.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Accounting and/or Finance knowledge in concepts like Sales Forecast, Costs Management, Business Risks, and Inventory.
- Very good time management skills to combine his/her pending Bachelor assignments with a very demanding self-learning of Nokia processes and tools.
- Commitment of achieving the goals expected for this position in a remote mode of working.
