Job Description
We are looking for a Back-End Engineer to join our fast-growing team and help build the next generation of AI-driven healthcare solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the backend infrastructure that supports our platform. You will collaborate closely with front-end engineers, AI specialists, and product managers to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development & Optimization
   
   
   • Build and maintain scalable backend services using Golang and PostgreSQL.
   • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies.
   • Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end applications and AI-driven features.
2. Cloud & Infrastructure Management
   
   
   • Implement cloud-based solutions and microservices architectures using AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
   • Ensure system reliability, observability, and error handling.
   • Work with DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling.
3. Security & Performance
   
   
   • Ensure robust authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
   • Optimize database performance for efficiency, scalability, and security.
   • Implement caching mechanisms, message queues, and distributed processing techniques.
4. Collaboration & Documentation
   
   
   • Work closely with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into the backend.
   • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering best practices.
   • Maintain technical documentation, including API specifications and system architecture.

Requirements
Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Golang and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud services, containerization, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in building and maintaining API architectures (REST, GraphQL).
• Understanding of caching, messaging queues, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional English proficiency.
