This position will work within the DPE group to develop and implement E-Business initiatives and technical projects. Candidate must be able to translate business needs into effective technical solutions using J2EE, Node JS, JQuery and other E-Business technologies. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of E-Commerce systems and services, search and browse web systems that support the company's E-Commerce business objectives, participate in the migration of legacy applications into new cloud platforms.

What will you do?

• Delivery of sophisticated web applications on schedule with high reliability and scalability
• Produce high quality code, test all delivered work and build documentation
• Work closely with product managers, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and architects to design, develop, unit test, debug and maintain web applications, web services and other related features based on functional requirements and scope of work
• Supply and confirm to DE adopted software development standards
• Participate in production deployment and provide assistance to the production support group as needed
• Participate in performance tuning of web applications

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a technical area required

Experience

• 3+ years of web application development using Java and web technologies. Automated testing tools knowledge desired
