• Education: University degree in related areas.
• Experience: Previous experience in operations and team management.
• Skills: Bilingual Spanish/English

Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations role, preferably within the electronics or IoT industry.

· Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational efficiencies.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

· Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, including ERP and MES systems (e.g., Epicor, SCADA).

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality management systems, and standards such as ISO 9001, CTPAT, ANSI/ESD S20.20, IPC 610, and IPC 620.

· Experience in developing and reporting on KPIs.

· Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
