What are your contributions to the team?
- You will support the planning and logistics of training projects.
- You will support the planning and logistics of Flexibility matrix projects.
- You will support the planning and logistics of events related to the logistics team.
- You will support in the review, validation and capture of invoices of all the logistics team.
- You will ensure the correct capture of information to generate reports of the area.
- You will support in reports and management requirements.
- You will support the inventory control of stationery, peripherals and items for the entire logistics team.
- Invoice control.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have 1 year of experience in project support, purchasing support.
- You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Commerce/Logistics, Indirect Material Purchasing.
- You have intermediate English skills.
- You have knowledge of intermediate Excel (macro design) and Office package.
