?Responsibilities

· Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions for Brazil and LATAM regions.

· Oversee the end-to-end process of SAP Standard Order to Cash.

· Provide expert guidance on SAP SD configurations and customizations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules.

· Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP SD solutions.

· Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards.

· Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD processes and configurations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD modules.

· Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SD functionalities.

· Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

· Stay updated with the latest SAP SD trends and best practices.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP SD processes.

· Support the implementation of Procure to Pay-Account Payable and Finance & Accounting modules as needed

Qualifications

· Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP SD with a focus on Brazil and LATAM regions.

· Must have strong expertise in SAP Standard Order to Cash processes.

· Nice to have experience in Procure to Pay-Account Payable and Finance & Accounting.

· Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Must have the ability to work in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.

· Must have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

· Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Must have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

· Must have a customer-focused mindset.

· Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Must have a strong understanding of regional regulations and standards.
