The Catalyst Team is seeking a Sr MicroStrategy Application Admin/Developer to join our full-time team as a full-time employee.
Responsibilities:

• MicroStrategy report Assistance for issue resolution.
• MicroStrategy Development to resolve issues within the identified report as required.
• Oracle research to identify issues.
• Working with Existing Oracle Engineers to identify and update any source changes needed to resolve reporting issues.
• Assist with MicroStrategy Architect to import any new views or tables needed to support reports provided by the engineering team and deploy updates into the reporting environment.
• Resource will work with the U.S. and offshore team members and will be required to work U.S. hours.

Qualifications:

• This role will utilize advanced level data analysis skills with senior MicroStrategy application developer experience
• We are seeking a motivated self-starter who must be able to work well both independently and with the team Required Experience & Responsibilities
• 5+ years of experience with SQL including advanced skills in Snowflake and Star schema models, Oracle PL/SQL and/or T-SQL experience, SQL analytics and advanced query building, SQL Join hierarchy
• 5+ years of experience with the development implementation and testing of MicroStrategy BI reporting dashboards objects projects reports and cubes
• Experience with administration of the Microstrategy Server
• Experience with analysis and interpretation of business requirements and translation into functional and technical requirement specifications
• Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
• Strong experience with query optimization strategies for building reports
• Experience with MicroStrategy Version 10x or above including Architect Object Manager Command Manager Enterprise Manager Integrity Manager
• Experience with MicroStrategy Web Developer Dashboard development MicroStrategy Library and Workstation
• Hands-on experience in development of attributes facts dimensions grids documents graphs and scorecard reporting using MicroStrategy.
• Work closely with project team on data model or database changes required to support BI projects
• Support security-best practices and manage users groups permissions and access controls for application users
• Root cause and triage experience investigating data/reporting issues preferred
• Oracle DBT Python and Azure experience nice to have
