Job Description
Key Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in analyzing deployment architectures, troubleshooting, and debugging issues in Oracle Fusion Applications developed using the ADF framework.
• Have a technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA.
• Strong proficiency in identifying functionality and usability bugs within applications code written in SQL, PL/SQL, J2EE applications, and Oracle RDBMS Database.
• Functional understanding of Oracle Finance ERP applications or similar financial industry applications.
• Knowledge of problem categories, including performance, application integrations, SOAP and REST implementation, and network layers.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Supporting Skills:
In addition to the preferred qualifications, the following skills will be advantageous:
• Hands-on experience with any of the following Oracle products: Oracle WebLogic, Oracle SOA Suite, Enterprise Scheduler Service, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle UCM, Oracle (Hyperion) Essbase, or Financial Reporting, Oracle VBCS.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations certification or similar certifications are desired.
Responsibilities:
As a Principal Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Resolving complex technical problems with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficient issue diagnosis and problem resolution for Oracle customers.
• Serving as an effective communicator and negotiator in problem resolution and management.
• Collaborating with teams to enhance automation and the knowledge base for application services.
• Demonstrating the ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse and globally distributed teams spanning multiple time zones.
• Cultivating a strong desire to learn and staying updated on Oracle Fusion Applications, web technologies, and industry trends.
