The MP&L Manager is responsible for leading the areas of materials, production planning, logistics, and warehousing. The role ensures customer satisfaction, material availability, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery across the supply chain, while maintaining full compliance with internal policies and international logistics regulations.

Lead and coordinate the areas of material planning, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and logistics to ensure seamless supply chain operations

Ensure compliance with applicable logistics security standards and regulations across all operations. (CTPAT / OEA)

Monitor and optimize inventory levels using standard methodologies such as min-max and safety stock.

Manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and alignment with production requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Green Belt, KARRAS, or APICS frameworks.

Supervise materials and production planning to align with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.

Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and logistics to maintain efficient, cost-effective operations.

Collaborate across functions to optimize logistics costs and reduce process inefficiencies.

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Profile

Proven experience in the automotive manufacturing sector, preferably with well-known OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

Strong expertise in materials and production planning.

Solid background in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

Knowledge of and compliance with international logistics security standards (such as CTPAT and OEA or equivalent).

Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 5 years in senior managerial or leadership roles.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably major platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Familiarity with industry-related raw materials, especially textile-based components (e.g., leather, fabric, vinyl, plastics).

Ability to work effectively in high-paced, high-volume environments, maintaining a strong focus on results, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
- Advanced/fluent English required for effective communication with global teams and customers.
