Eaton's IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Lead Financial.

What you'll do:

This position is a key member of Nogales's Finance team and is responsible for all the financial analysis and reporting like forecasting, budgeting, profit planning, internal control, fixed assets management and any statutory requirement. Also, will be in charge of costing and commercial activities like margin analysis, cost models, rates calculation, physical inventory, rolling cost analysis and reporting for current and new products. The Lead Financial Analyst requires a high level of problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all functional levels. Is also in charge to assist the Plant Controller preparing complex analysis and responsible for actively participate in a continuous improvement initiative looking savings opportunities and improve finance processes.
Make advanced application of technical accounting practices and concepts representing an expanding knowledge of accounting principles. Assignments are designed to expand practical experience and to develop professional judgment in the application of basic accounting techniques.

• Prepare monthly Forecast & annual Profit Plant for P&L and BS with the corresponding analysis to fill the Finance Divisional package
• Cost accounting activities like sales margin analysis, inventory reconciliation, material and price variances, production orders variances, absorption, efficiency, productivity, scrap, CONC, inventory report and analysis, cycle count audits and reporting, rolling the cost of current and new products including cost models validations.
• Annual Cost roll up coordinating with Engineering and Purchasing teams to have an accurate run times and material prices making the proper analysis & reporting. Also calculates the manufacturing burden, material, and tack on rates.
• Purchasing requisitions approval & budget control
• Fixed assets management
• Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly reports to top management at plant or division.
• MRO ,services and payroll analysis.
• Lead Physical inventory & cycle count activities and reporting
• Internal controls review such as policies, procedures related to the role
• Prepare complex financial analysis for management, including analysis of main variances to forecast, profit plan, last year and quarters
• Assist the Plant Controller with any statutory requirement
• Prepared SOX reconciliations and assists in any internal or external audit

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial field

4-5 years of experience in Financial analysis and cost accounting in a Manufacturing environment

Skills:

Expert level skills with Microsoft Excel
Knowledgeable in SAP(desired), Oracle, Encore, DFT systems
Technical skills in accounting, forecasting, cost control and purchasing procedures.
English (advanced written and oral)
Leadership skills to resolve multiple situations effectively.
Work under the guidelines, policies and process of Eaton's Philosophy, IATF 16949 and ISO 14000 Environmental.
