What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administrative and ERP implementation operations.
• Proven experience managing financial and administrative projects, with a strong understanding of digital tools.
• Advanced English skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional and technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation of financial modules within the ERP system (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, etc.).
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into functional ERP specifications.
• Configure ERP financial modules according to organizational needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations) to ensure successful ERP deployment.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to optimize financial workflows.
