Descripción
Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Corporate Invoicing, the AR Administrator, Corporate Invoicing provides support to the Invoicing teams for assigned Inmar Clients and business units. Duties may include invoice delivery via email or upload to external web portals, resolution of invoice or offer based rejections or exceptions, monitoring shared inboxes to facilitate work queues for proactive and reactive processes, maintaining standard operating procedures, and performing invoice research as needed. The position requires effective written and verbal communication with internal partners across various business units. The individual must show initiative and urgency with good judgment and attention to detail. This position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Deliver invoices to clients via email or through web portal upload
- Monitor client AP portals and facilitate necessary internal action to gain approval for payment
- Take action on debit memo exceptions following departmental guidelines
- Take action to clear and submit invoices in billing system following departmental guidelines
- Take action on specified offer level exceptions from provided reporting
- Update invoicing based on instructions provided as part of Collections Escalation process
- Follow standard operating procedures for completion of assigned workload
- Coordinate with internal partners and team members as required
- Ensure all department productivity standards are met
- Adhere to department and company policies and procedures
- Monitor shared mailboxes and coordinate internal follow up action as needed
- Maintain client portal site configurations
- Communicate with designated internal contacts to obtain information needed for invoicing
- Monitor outbound email account for bounce backs and client correspondence
Required Qualification:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows
- Competent in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, 10 Key Manual Entry
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
