POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This Application Analyst will be responsible for learning the systems, technologies, work with immediate leads and contribute to projects and support deliverables. The ideal candidate will reflect a willingness to explore, learn and adapt to the corporate environment.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Work with internal cross-functional and development leads to learn and handle enhancement requests.
- Understand Herbalife's Quote to Cash (QTC processes), Procure to Pay (P2P processes) including, but not limited to Order Management, Supply Chain Management, Pricing, Taxing, Invoicing, Receipts, Cash Reconciliation.
- Gain knowledge in software development lifecycles namely Waterfall and Agile and AIM Methodology.
- To understand business requirements from the Business Requirement Documents and understand how solutions are proposed.
- Acquire skills on functional setups and functional testing of application softwares across production support, enhancements and projects.
- Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
- Basic exposure to Major ERP applications like Oracle.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries and understand PL/SQL APIs
- Knowledge on Oracle Applications R12 and Oracle Fusion
- Basic understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces etc.)
- Exposure to software troubleshooting and ability to analyze into software-related issues and products
- Knowledge on change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management.
- Exposure to DevOps Methodology.
- A strong willingness to explore, adapt and learn new systems, technologies and processes.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in IT/Technology.
- 1+ years of experience in covering ERP systems such as Oracle.
- 1+ years of experience with SQL queries and understanding Oracle Application APIs.
- 1+ years of demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of documents, test cases and Project lifecycle experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in related field or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent
- Basic understanding of cloud applications
- Customer focused with a pro-active and responsive approach
