Your qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Economics/Finance related Secondary Studies or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, you will be interviewed completely speaking in English
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Intermediate user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
• Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Supportive attitude and good interpersonal skill set
• Embraces and drives change
• Continuous improvement mindset (LEAN Six Sigma is an advantage)

What you will do:

• Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders
• Manage a complex collection portfolio by monitoring and collecting open invoices
• Interact with customers via email or phone
• Maintain transparent, accurate and standard collections notes
• Dispute Resolution as needed for team
• Pro-actively manage collection issues and open dispute case/escalate if needed, first point of escalation for Staff
• Review sales orders on hold
• Prepare and validate audit evidence as per internal controls & SOX /audit requirements
• Support the organization with timely month-end closing
• Training and mentoring new and existing team members
• Active participation in transitions and projects
• Participate in scheduled Collection update calls
• Data Analysis and report preparation/consolidation as required in the role
• Act as a backup of the supervisor in daily operation
