We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. ITIl Product Support Engineer
Role Purpose: This role is responsible for possess strong technical capabilities knowledge and experience on MicroService ITIL support/governance, DevOps and Product Support Engineering, we're looking for someone passionate about technology and always looking for opportunities to learn & bring new ideas to the team
Main Activities | This role will carry out some or all the following activities:
- Own the related to Production Support and Incident management
- Work with diverse people, time-sensitive and high-pressure environment
- Act as Windows Server Admin using WebSphere, IIS, MQ, GENEOS and Control M
- Be a principal actor on change management of the role and technologies
Qualifications Required:
Mandatory:
- Minimal 6+ years' experience on Incident & Problem Management
- 3 - 5 years' experience in Unix/Linux Scripting, Programming in .NET, Java and Python
- +3+ years working in Investment Banking
- Expert with SQL (MSSQL, Oracle etc.)
- ITIL Certification on Incident & Problem Management

- A wide knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
- Solid experience in big data, AI and public cloud related technologies.
Lenguage Level:
- English level – Conversational Advanced +C1 Level - This position will have mainly International Contact with China.
