Compliance with Safety, Environmental and Corporate Quality standards. Manage the
company's Human Resources, establishing clearly defined processes in the identification,
acquisition and retention of talent, as well as processes for personnel development,
organizational development, education and training, ensuring compliance with company policies
and fostering a pleasant work environment that favors teamwork and labor peace. Carry out
the role of "People Development" domain leader for the "Stellantis Production Way" system and
ensure the proper implementation of the system.

Implementation of the system in operational areas and follow-up on the achievement of the
steps and levels.
Facilitate competency development of all personnel involved in SPW, mainly with domain
leaders.
Management of the indicators of the PD domain, as well as the adequate follow-up, reporting
and establishment of countermeasures if warranted.
Overseeing the administration and monitoring of the Radar and Human Error Charting System.
Overseeing the management and monitoring of the Corporate Communication System.
Presentation of the pillar in internal and external audits.
Labor Relations
Fostering good relations with union representatives.
Ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
Constantly align the objectives of the company and union representation.
Effectively supervise the service to unionized personnel.
Overseeing payroll administration processes (People Soft) and administrative closings.
Ensure good conditions of facilities and services to staff (restrooms, canteen, transportation,
etc.)
Monitor indicators of turnover, absenteeism, etc. and establish the corresponding
countermeasures if required.
Organizational Development and Talent Management Processes
Supervision of Talent Attraction processes (Recruitment, selection and hiring).
Supervision of Payroll Administration processes (People Soft) and administrative closings.
Supervision of Benefits Administration processes and personnel services.
Ensuring compliance with the performance evaluation cycle in all its phases.
Carrying out the identification process (H1,H2,H3) of the staff and providing the appropriate follow up.
Constant evaluations of the work environment and establishment of actions to continuously improve it.
Education and training
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to STPS.
Monitoring of compliance with Education and Training plans established for all levels of the
organization
Monitoring of compliance and results of Functional Guidelines (TL, UL, BUL, etc.) Clear
establishment of the role of Education and Training within the PD Pillar
Tracking of Education and Training indicators and establishment of countermeasures if necessary
